Many people consider Spring to be the actual start of the new year. The weather is getting nicer, flowers are starting to bud and bloom, seasonal depression is leaving…overall people are starting to feel alive again. With this in mind, I decided to create a collection that encompasses this new spring freedom by tapping into a more fresh color palette with supportive, flattering and most importantly, comfortable silhouettes that welcome growth in the new season. I drew inspiration from ballet and more specifically "Cry" by Alvin Ailey which is all about a woman who has finally found her way after seasons of hardships.
